Who we are

Marine Agronomy (MA) community is a very diversified community. Members come from academia, industry, U.S. government, financial institutions, etc. This diverse team focuses on the possibility of industrial-scale Marine Agronomy (mainly seaweeds farming).  We explore how to expand production of marine plants to feed humans, generating renewable energy, extracting nutrients from environment, improving fisheries, producing biological materials for plastics, fiber, feeds, etc., creating well-paying jobs, and so on.Some of our members are:
